See my self-portrait featuring my new Pennies for Change dress. Some things are second-hand and some are donated brand new. The housewares, gifts and furniture will surprise you. I bought my parents a hand-crafted wood table with two drop-leaves for $60.

Everytime I visit I notice how creatively Pennies for Change things are presented beautifully for people who love to keep it fresh.

True Pennies Family Story: I wore this cute new dress when I went to visit my me and my mom at the nursing home recently. She noticed my hot new vibe right away —it even has pockets. Here’s what she said:

Mom: Hi Emily! Wow, new dress?!

Me: yeh I love it, $6.50 second hand!

Mom: yeh, it’s got second hand all over it!
