At Level 14, we help people remove barriers to success in life, education, and business. We listen actively, ask clarifying questions, and identify key issues; then help people chart a path forward. We are not consultants who tell people what to do, we help people uncover what they already know and set achievable goals to positively impact their world.

At Level 14, we believe that women of our generation were sold a bill of goods that they can “have it all,” but the system remains stacked against them. The name Level 14 conveys an image representing the barrier (also known as the glass ceiling) preventing women and people of color from being promoted to top corporate jobs. We strive to create a world in which all people can be seen and heard.

We believe that leadership is not about titles or numbers of people supervised, leadership is about persuading, supporting, and having lasting impact. We believe that women’s leadership styles should be celebrated and rewarded. We believe that introverts make great leaders.

We provide high-level fractional staffing services including: Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, Business Strategist, Project Management, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Human Resource Manager.
